About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a related field.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) relevant to the organization's focus.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools.
