Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support our various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, proficiency in analytical tools. This role requires someone who can understand business requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and help drive the project's success through data analysis and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering : Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to analyze CRM data, generate insights, and report on key metrics to help drive project decisions.
  • Process Mapping & Documentation : Help document business processes and workflows, ensuring the CRM system meets the business needs and operates efficiently.
  • Project Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure smooth execution of CRM projects and timely delivery of milestones.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Assist in testing the CRM system, ensuring it meets business requirements, and document any issues for resolution.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to gather feedback, report on progress, and address any concerns.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify and suggest improvements to CRM processes and workflows based on data analysis and industry best practices.
  • Analytics Integration : Work closely with analytics teams to implement tracking and reporting tools, ensuring the CRM platform provides accurate and actionable data.

Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and their analytics capabilities.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to think critically, analyze complex data sets, and generate actionable insights.
  • Project Management : Familiarity with project management tools and methods to drive project tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
  • Problem-Solving : A proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting data-driven solutions.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration : A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Additional Requirements

  • Prior internship or experience in business analysis, CRM, or data analysis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a bonus.
