About this team The Enterprise Mobility team builds and maintains the underpinnings of our technology environment. We are multiple product and platform teams passionate about continuous, high-quality delivery. Together with our internal and business partners, we co-create a roadmap to deliver reliable, innovative, and value-driven experiences. A day in the life As an Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure Engineer, you will: Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities. Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment. Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement). Manage: Policy creation Task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting Configuration profile development OS updating Application packaging and management Endpoint security Automate and document operational procedures and processes. Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Participate in projects and provide updates on scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities. Communicate and document technical information clearly and effectively. Contribute to Community of Practice and project-based meetings. Key tools & applications Service Now Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) Microsoft Power Shell Jira Confluence Qualifications 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience. Strong knowledge in: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement) Troubleshooting & remote management Experience with Service Now, Power Shell, Jira, Confluence. Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
