Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving business growth. You will play a key role in presenting our offerings, understanding client requirements, and supporting them through the sales journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Reach out to prospects, explain company offerings, and conduct product/service pitches.
  • Nurture leads and support them through the sales cycle.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding with internal teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends and contribute to business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
