in India, you will be responsible for:- Launching and making the agency profitable, focusing on sourcing non-skilled and semi-skilled labor in India for overseas customers.- Establishing and maintaining operational and QA processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.- Continuously seeking growth opportunities for the company by meeting potential clients and attending industry events.- Developing and implementing strategies for promoting the company in overseas markets.- Ensuring the company's business activities comply with all legal requirements.- Achieving profitability within 12 months of the project launch.- Monitoring subordinates reports and handling complex client issues.- Resolving issues with consulates and other authorities.- Managing a team.-Preparing and managing the agency's budget.-Interacting with government authorities to ensure smooth operations.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual who meets the following criteria:

- Proven experience in sending blue collar labor from India to overseas destinations (mainly Europe and Gulf).- Experience in client acquisition in domestic or international markets, or an existing client base.- Leadership experience, managing a team of at least two people.- A minimum of five years of experience in the overseas staffing industry preferably for Gulf and Europe.

What We Offer:

- Work hours from 10 AM to 7 PM IST.- Schedule: Monday to Friday.- Lunch Break: Approximately 1 hour.- Annual Paid Leave: 28 days.- Overtime: None.
