About the role

The role holder is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify and understand hiring requirements , and manager the end to end Talent Acquisition process for the corporate as well as plant requirements while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Job Description:

Co-ordinating with Hiring Managers for Job Description Keeping the Job Description repository updated Initiating Job Requisitions in the system Sourcing candidates through effective source mix End to End recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer release and onboarding. Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrices. Ensure SLA adherence wrt position closures Recruitment Vendor Management Responsible for Campus Hiring
 
About you MBA in Human Resources 8-12 Years’ Experience in Recruitment Data Orientation Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Experience in Manufacturing is preferred Candidates with experience in NON IT domain are a good fit
