Key Responsibilities: Channel Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for YouTube channel growth, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Content Planning & Optimization: Plan content with internal teams, optimize video content and channel elements for search and discovery, and stay updated on YouTube trends. Audience Development & Engagement: Identify audience insights, grow the subscriber base, increase engagement, and manage community interactions and policies. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze channel performance data, use analytics to identify growth opportunities, and create reports on the impact of growth initiatives. Job Specifications: 7+ years of relevant experience in YouTube Growth. Familiarity with copyright laws and content usage rights. Ability to work independently and adapt to industry changes. Strong work ethic and a passion for digital media.
