  • Roles And Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, Associate Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Associate Project Coordinators to execute multiple projects concurrently for our customers.
  • Understand the business objectives, define the project scope, and create a plan with clear timelines and deliverables for customers.
  • Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including but not limited to, project health and progress
  • Address any deviations from the project plan in a timely manner.
  • Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to ensure projects maintain forward momentum.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks
  • Develop mitigation plans and execute them effectively.
  • Manage project governance structures to ensure adherence to project management best practices and exceptional customer experience.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute project activities seamlessly.
  • Understand complex technical issues and devise plans to resolve them and track till closure.
  • Proactively identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to drive efficiencies.
  • Document lessons learnt and feedback from stakeholders
  • Incorporate these learnings in future projects.
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role, ideally in a technology or consulting company.
  • A project management certification such as a PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or CSM is desirable.
  • A strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs and Master Data Management.
  • Past experience with managing complex enterprise projects.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience with interacting with cross-functional teams to resolve inter-dependencies and foster collaboration.
  • Strong analytical as well as organizational skill with an ability to handle competing customer demands.
  • Ability to achieve the agreed goals & objectives by constantly focusing on a set of priorities.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects using either waterfall or agile project management methodologies
  • You are passionate about solving problems by understanding customer needs
  • Should have a growth and learning mindset to solve additional challenges.
