What will you Do?

As a Team Member - Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our accounts department. Your strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting tasks for vendor invoices, ensuring accurate consideration of GST credits and TDS deductions compliance with internal checklist and policies.
  • Process fixed asset invoices and ensure appropriate capitalization.
  • Process monthly depreciation schedules and posting accurate accounting entries.
  • Respond to queries raised by various stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation activities and ensure timely closure of open items.
  • Handle vendor creation related tasks.
  • Prepare ad-hoc expense data to be submitted to stakeholders.
  • Generate ad-hoc expenses reports.
  • Prepare data for related party transactions.
  • Post monthly provisions and liaise with various internal stakeholders.
  • Handle audit queries and respond in a timely manner.

What makes you a Great Fit?

  • Graduate/Postgraduate. (Experience in mutual fund/PMS industry will be an added advantage)
  • Proven experience in accounts payable (5-8 Years)
  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of TDS & GST related regulations
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with SUN system is an added advantage
