Position: PPC Executive

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven PPC Executive with 3-5 years of experience specializing in Google Ads to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns to drive qualified leads and enrolments for our educational programs. You must have a deep understanding of Google Ads best practices and a proven track record of achieving measurable ROI in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

  • Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and potentially Discovery) tailored to various educational programs and target audiences.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Analyse data from Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track key metrics and identify trends.
  • Create and present clear and concise reports to communicate campaign performance and progress.

3. Keyword & Audience Targeting:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and target audiences.
  • Stay up to date with the latest keyword trends and search engine algorithm updates.

4. Budget Management:

  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs.
  • Monitor and control ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team, including content creators, designers, and social media managers, to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Collaborate with sales and admissions teams to understand lead quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ms Excel and other web analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Google Ads Certifications are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM systems is a plus.
