We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Solution Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architecture initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring that our NetSuite implementation aligns with business needs across multiple units.

This role requires a deep technical understanding of NetSuite solutions and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for business users.

You will be a key player in driving architectural excellence, fostering collaboration, and championing reusable architecture assets to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Architecture Initiatives : Oversee and guide the entire architecture development process from initial design through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

Collaborate with Business Units : Work closely with various business units to understand their needs and create NetSuite architecture solutions that support their goals and processes.

Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert : Provide expert advice and technical guidance to business users, addressing their queries and ensuring they understand the benefits and implications of architectural decisions.

Champion Reusable Architecture Assets : Promote the development and adoption of reusable architecture components to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the NetSuite environment.

Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate a clear understanding of existing architecture solutions, including design diagrams, process flows, and configuration details.

Best Practices : Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to NetSuite architecture, integrating them into our solutions where applicable.

Quality Assurance : Ensure that architectural solutions meet quality standards and perform optimally in the live environment.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience : A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in NetSuite architecture or similar roles, with a proven track record of successful architecture design and implementation.

Technical Expertise : Advanced knowledge of NetSuite architecture solutions and industry best practices, including experience with customizations, integrations, and module configuration.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding across various business units.

Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve architectural issues and challenges effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications : NetSuite certifications or relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.

Project Management : Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

Additional Skills : Familiarity with additional ERP systems or related technologies can be advantageous
