Mandatory Skills:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Managing project resources, budgets, and schedules.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and leadership, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Risk Management:

Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project success.

  • Team Leadership:

Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.

  • SAP Expertise:

Possessing in-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integration points, as well as experience with SAP implementation methodologies.

  • Solution Design and Implementation:

Analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions, potentially involving configuration, customization, and development.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance:

Developing and executing test plans, conducting testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing), and ensuring the quality of the implemented solution.

  • Training and Change Management:

Facilitating user training and providing ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption of the new SAP system.

  • Post-Implementation Support:

Providing ongoing support to users and addressing any issues that arise after the go-live date.

Specific Skills and Experience:

  • Project Management Methodologies:

Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.

  • SAP Module Knowledge:

Familiarity with relevant SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and specific modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc., depending on the project.

  • Technical Skills:

Depending on the specific role, technical skills may include ABAP programming, data modeling, and experience with SAP HANA.
