SAP Security solutions are in high demand, and we're seeking an experienced consultant to design, implement, and maintain secure and compliant systems.

As a Senior SAP Security Consultant, you will work closely with our teams to deliver robust security solutions for clients across various industries. Your expertise in SAP Security, role redesign, and compliance will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional results.

  • Develop and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and BW.
  • Manage user provisioning, access requests, and license assignments using SAP Identity Management (IDM).
  • Apply position-based access control models where appropriate.
  • Maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12.
  • Ensure internal policies, segregation of duties (SoD) requirements, and audit controls are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization issues, IDM provisioning problems, and SAP cloud access challenges.
  • Support security aspects of system maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and new project implementations.
  • Monitor SAP security logs, identify potential risks, and take proactive action.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and audit teams to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain security documentation, reports, and training materials.
  • Lead and manage large-scale SAP Security design and restructuring projects.
  • Provide high-level support for SAP security across Development, Test/QA, and Production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of SAP security design principles and role architecture.
  • Expertise in SoD risk identification and remediation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in large-scale SAP environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Key Competencies:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC, and IDM.
  • Experience with security in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and related SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security (e.g., SAP BTP).
  • SAP security certifications.
