Due to new project wins, we are now beginning our recruitment of Site Reliability Engineers to join our Bangalore team.

What will you be doing?Designing and implementing scalable network infrastructureAutomate repetitive tasks to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiencyDevelop and maintain tools for network monitoring, performance measurement, and alertingCollaborate with development teams to ensure network reliability and performance objectives are metConduct root cause analysis of network incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrenceParticipate in on-call rotations to provide 24x7 support for critical network issuesContinuously improve network performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive measures and innovative solutions

Who are we looking for?Proficiency in Python, Go, or other scripting languagesunderstanding of enterprise network architectureLinux system administration skillsExpertise with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)Experience with API frameworks and RESTful servicesRelevant network certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIPStrong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processesProficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies
