Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canada for a Junior Trainer. The Junior Trainer will be responsible for delivering health and wellness training programs, conducting fitness assessments, developing individual fitness plans, and providing guidance and motivation to clients. The role also involves monitoring and recording client progress, ensuring safe and effective exercise techniques, and assisting in the organization's wellness events and programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in exercise science, fitness training, and wellness coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop individualized fitness plans and track client progress
  • Experience in conducting fitness assessments and ensuring safe exercise techniques
  • Proficiency in motivational coaching and providing client support
  • Relevant certifications in fitness training or personal training
  • Passion for health and wellness and ability to inspire and encourage others
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
  • Experience in organizing wellness events and programs is a plus
