We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM / ERP Technical Consultant with expertise in designing, managing, and migrating BI Publisher reports and hands-on experience with additional Oracle Reporting Tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Fusion ERP's technical architecture across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules, along with experience in personalizing and extending cloud applications. This role will support data integration, reporting, and system administration for cloud implementations, aligning technical solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BI Publisher Expertise : Design and develop RTF templates, eText reports, manage scheduling, parameter handling, and implement report bursting as needed.
  • Report Management : Backup and migrate reports across different environments and maintain scheduling and parameter configurations.
  • Additional Reporting Tools : Utilize HCM Extracts, OTBI, and Analysis Dashboards for reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Fusion ERP Technical Architecture : Work across various modules such as Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO) and HCM (Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Payroll).
  • HCM Data Management : Manage HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader, and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader for effective data migration and integration.
  • Custom Role Development : Develop custom roles and provide Cloud System Administration services to maintain security and access controls.
  • Cloud Personalization and Extension : Extend cloud functionality through personalization layers and tailor applications to meet unique business requirements.
  • Business Requirement Mapping : Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Data Transformation and Automation : Develop transformation formulas and automate inbound data loads into HCM using HDL.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in  Fast Formulas and  HCM Data Transformation for custom business rules.
  • Familiarity with  Cloud System Administration for handling permissions, roles, and security management.
  • Knowledge of  Fusion HCM Modules for aligning technical solutions with business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in BI Publisher and additional Oracle reporting tools.
  • Strong background in Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM technical architecture.
  • Experience in cloud-based HR systems and data management within HCM.
