We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to join our team and oversee the successful implementation and management of Oracle Fusion modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supply chain processes and a track record of managing end-to-end system implementations. Certification in Oracle Fusion SCM is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement analysis sessions to understand and document business needs and map them to Oracle Fusion SCM capabilities.
  • Plan and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics modules.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM applications to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Design and oversee system integrations with other ERP systems and third-party applications.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for module implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of the SCM modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of SCM processes such as procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and integration projects.
  • Oracle Fusion SCM certification highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
