Role Overview: The Technical Architect – Java Integration is a crucial member of our product engineering team. This individual will act as a partner to the business by providing technical leadership and architectural guidance across one or more product lines, with a specific focus on integration solutions. The role involves designing and implementing robust integration architectures, driving key technical decisions, and ensuring seamless integration between different systems. The Technical Architect will also be responsible for mentoring the engineering team, ensuring the quality and performance of the product, and driving the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: o Develop and own the integration architecture and roadmap for one or more product lines. o Design and implement scalable, high-performance integration solutions that meet both functional and non- functional requirements. o Lead the architecture and design efforts for complex integration components, ensuring they align with the overall enterprise architecture. Technical Leadership: o Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns. o Mentor and support engineers in understanding integration patterns, SOA, and data transformation techniques. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of systems and components. • Product Development: o Drive the product development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to implementation and release. o Own key performance metrics related to product quality and integration efficiency and drive continuous improvement. o Lead major and minor product releases, ensuring timely and high quality delivery. Stakeholder Management: o Work closely with global product and engineering leaders to align integration strategies with business objectives. o Provide feedback to the leadership team by demonstrating an understanding of business markets, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Requirements Required Skills & Experience: Technical Expertise: 8+ years of overall experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Architecture, with a focus on Java/J2EE and integration technologies. Hands-on experience with Core Java technologies and integration frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, JMS, JMX, SOAP, REST, and ESB (Apache Fuse/Oracle Fusion). Strong knowledge of integration patterns, SOA, and data transformation techniques. Familiarity with RDBMS (SQL) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB). Experience with frontend technologies such as AngularJS, Flask, and Node.js is a plus Leadership & Management : Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, with a focus on integration projects. Ability to represent our culture and core values and ensure that these are cascaded through the organization. Track record of delivering high-performance products in a global, distributed development environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Action-oriented with a sense of ownership and pride in your work.  Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
