Core Responsibilities - Architect and deliver solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, focusing on Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service modules. - Lead technical design and implementation of Power Platform components: Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate. - Design and optimize solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices. - Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO). - Develop and integrate Power BI dashboards for business analytics. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust CRM solutions. - Mentor development teams and ensure high-quality technical deliverables. Key Skills Required - Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service) - Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate - Solution Design and Technical Architecture - Pipelines and CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps/ADO) - Power BI for analytics and reporting - Strong hands-on technical background in CRM implementations Ideal Candidate - Proven experience as a Technical Architect in D365 CRM projects - Ability to lead end-to-end technical delivery - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
