Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Car Service Advisor to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling customer interactions, service coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle servicing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center.
• Understand customer needs and accurately record service requirements.
• Provide service estimates, explain repair details, and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
• Ensure adherence to company service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Handle service-related queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of car service operations and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly manner.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
