Role Overview:
The Supervisor will oversee workshop operations, ensuring timely and quality completion of service and repair activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor workshop activities and allocate tasks to technicians.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Train and guide team members to enhance productivity.
- Maintain daily service records and reports.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors for smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Experience:
- DME/DAE/BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- 4–7 years of experience in an automobile workshop.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
