We are currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personnalization Consultant to join our Salesforce practice. You will become part of the Asia Salesforce practice and you will be working on projects comprising of multi-disciplinary team members engaged in a range of Salesforce projects across different business verticals.The Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personnalization Consultant supports pre-sales activities, deep-dive into new Marketing Cloud products and end-to-end implementation delivery. This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of the Client’s requirements and based on Salesforce product expertise and best practices, designing and delivering a robust Salesforce solution that meets/exceeds requirements and supports the business objectives.The responsibilities include:Conduct technical & functional workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, reviews etc)Capture, understand and analyse client user requirements and objectivesPerforms “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to align the Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs and advising client on solution options/offeringsRequire hands-on implementation work for the clients (configuration)Design and conceptualize business solutions to support client needsEngage internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution deliveryDevelop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training materials etc)Conduct testing and training on implemented solutionForging trusting relationships with team members and client stakeholdersProviding support in a pre-sales capacity (demos, proposals)Continually improve on Salesforce product knowledge and expertiseMust have4-8 years of relevant working experience with IT and/or business teams, with 3 years on SFMCGood analysis, critical thinking and solution designing skills with foundation in marketing best practicesDeep functional expertise on SFMC : Journey builder, automation studio, content builder, mobile studio, contact builder, email studio, intelligence reportsEffective presentation and communication skills (written and oral)Coding experience on HTML-CSS, SQL & AMP scriptingSalesforce Marketing Cloud CertificationsHighly motivated, resourceful and success orientedAble to work in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-geolocation teamSalesforce Sales, Service Cloud Certifications are good to haveTravel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expectedNice to haveExperience & certification on Marketing Cloud Personnalization (old name is “Interaction Studio”) is a nice to have.Detailled experience required on MC Personnalization : sitemap coding in javascript, functional configuration/deployment/monitoring of personalization content blocksExperience in Marketing campaign supportExperience on Build or roll out SFMC Business UnitsExperience on AMS support projects, in front of IT/business usersExperience on Agile context, using Confluence/Jira-ServiceNowCoding javascript and/or SSJSKnowledge on Salesforce.comWhat we offer;Competitive Salary Package in the Market10 Sick Leave18 Paid Time OffHMO on Day 1 (plus up to 3 dependents)Yearly AppraisalLife, Accidental Insurance
