As we embark on a path of rapid growth, we seek a talented Sales and Onboarding intern with a deep passion for the travel industry, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in business growth. Role Overview: As a Sales and Onboarding Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales processes, client interactions, and customer success strategies within a fast-paced startup environment. You will work directly with the founder and other team members, contributing to the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and reach out to potential travel service providers. * Follow the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. * Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations. * Complete the full onboarding process for new clients. * Provide training and support on Travokarma’s platform. * Gather client feedback to improve onboarding and user experience. * Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. * Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently. * Develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction. * Use sales tools and CRM software to maintain accurate records. * Prepare reports on sales activities and client interactions. Qualifications: * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. * Strong interest in sales, customer service, and the travel industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: Compensation for this role is a fixed stipend plus performance-based incentives, designed to reward your contributions and achievements during the internship.
