Job Description
The Pharmaceutical Export Coordinator will support the export operations of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with international regulations and facilitating the smooth flow of export documentation. This role is ideal for individuals with a Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) looking to start their career in the pharmaceutical export sector.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Order Processing: Assist in entering export orders into the system and track order status throughout the shipping process.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status and address any inquiries or issues that arise.
Compliance Support: Ensure all export activities adhere to relevant pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of export transactions and assist in generating reports for management review.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical challenges.
Required Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma)
Experience: Previous experience in logistics or export operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Effective verbal and written communication skills.Well-spoken and fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Basic understanding of international trade regulations related to pharmaceuticals.
The base pay for this position ranges from ₹1,32,000 to ₹1,56,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
This position is essential for supporting Amoxis Pharma's pharmaceutical export initiatives and ensuring that all processes run efficiently. The Pharmaceutical Export Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the export team while gaining valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
