Salary: $29.19 - $36.55 per hour + Salary Packaging  Permanent Part-time positions available Rosters available between Monday-Sunday - good availability required Locations - Balga, Bassendean, Dianella, Como, East Victoria Park, Gosnells, Mosman Park, Rockingham, Yangebup We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers  in Perth both North and South of the River  Support individuals with complex needs — including sensory, physical, and intellectual disabilities, often with challenging behaviours — living in shared accommodation. Assist with daily living, promote independence, and enable community access while making a real difference every day. Your Responsibilities Assist customers with all aspects of daily living — including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance and household tasks  — while consistently promoting dignity and respect Communicate and build meaningful connections with customers, adapting interactions to meet each individual’s unique needs.
