Job Summary :
The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for managing the lead generation process, creating strategies to attract potential clients, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. This role is critical for scaling our client base, especially within industries served by Kaliper Technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
Identify target markets and industries to generate high-quality leads for IT consultancy services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns aimed at capturing and nurturing leads.
Utilize various tools, platforms, and methods (e.g., , email marketing, content syndication, etc.) to source leads.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and optimize them for better performance.
Qualify leads through research, data analysis, and initial outreach, ensuring they align with Kaliper’s ideal client profile.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data on leads and potential clients.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Qualifications :
Proven experience of minimum 1 year in lead generation, preferably in the IT consultancy or technology services sector.
