Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential clients that need to hire resources (IT and non-IT). Your expertise will drive our lead-generation efforts through research, strategic campaigns, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Market Analysis:
- Identify Target Market: Conduct research to identify and segment potential software companies that require recruitment services for software developers.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors to understand their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses, helping to position Olibr’s services more effectively.
Lead Generation Strategies:
- Develop Campaigns: Create and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels including email marketing, social media, content marketing.
- Utilize Tools: Leverage lead generation tools and software such as Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other relevant platforms to enhance lead acquisition processes.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work with Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide valuable insights on lead quality.
- Coordinate with Marketing: Align lead generation efforts with broader marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate Reports: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, outcomes, and ROI to optimize strategies and inform decision-making.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze Results: Continuously assess the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and adjust approaches based on performance data and feedback.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lead generation and recruitment to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
Required Tools and Skills:
- Lead Generation and Research Tools: Proficiency with Sales Navigator, basic knowledge of hunter.io, ZoomInfo and Clearbit.
- Analytics and Reporting Tools: Knowledge of Google Analytics, and data-driven reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor metrics, and refine strategies.
