Overview Job DescriptionAs a Power Platform CoE Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the local implementation of the Power Platform strategy at DTNA, ensuring governance, innovation, and community collaboration.Your responsibilities encompass managing environments, ensuring security, developing utilities, and fostering adoption through training and change management.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities:Technical Governance:Manage environment requests, DLP policies, and data integration guidelinesImplement processes and tools for efficiency

Community Building:Build and nurture a local community of Power Platform users and developers o Lead local Power Platform solution adoption o Provide best practices trainingEnvironment Management: o Implement monitoring processes, alerting, and compliance controlsAlign environment structure with Central CoE.Manage library and curate App Catalog Implementation

Expertise:Oversee iterative implementation and testing of Power AppsProvide solution and publishing best practicesWork with business units for prioritization and low-code fitDevelop build automation and integration

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering3 years of experience in Power Platform administration or consulting, with a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BIPower Platform Functional Consultant certification (preferred)Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within the Power Platform ecosystemProficiency in implementing and managing technical governance processes, including environment management, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance controlsProficient in configuring and managing on-premises data gateways to securely connect Power Platform applications to on-premises data sources, ensuring data access and compliance with organizational security policiesUnderstanding of DevOps principles and experience in implementing automation and version control for Power Platform solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and change management initiatives ∙ Proven ability to lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and community events to promote Power Platform best practices and knowledge sharingExperience in solution architecture review and consulting, with the ability to provide guidance on solution design, scalability, and integration with back-end systemsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Power Platform applications and integrationsFamiliarity with Azure services and cloud computing concepts is a plusITIL V4 Certification and ISM proficiencies a plus"
