About the Role:

As a Microsoft Power Platform for the Business Applications – Digital Transformation Support team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This includes working with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, as well as developing technical solutions that meet those needs.


Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development or IT consulting
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Experience working with clients to gather requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Hands-on experience with App Lifecycle Management
  • Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage mode
  • Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps


Required Skills:

  • Technical expertise to support recommending, designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform based solutions primarily using PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Power Pages, and the built-in Copilot integrations within the platform
  • Able to employ various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve application issues
  • Adept at automating business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate or alternatively, in the advanced use of Power BI to produce and distribute dashboards, paginated reports and apps at an enterprise level
  • Power BI expertise should include connecting and transforming data from a variety of data sources, data modeling, working with out-of-the-box or custom visualizations, data gateways, drill-down and drill-through, calculated fields, establishing data hierarchies, advanced filters, slicers, and formatting
  • Working knowledge of API development and use, low-code languages (ex. M, DAX, Python), JSON, HTML or equivalent, within Visual Code, Developer Studio, or other dev tooling


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of Azure app development fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience in Power Platform App Lifecycle Management with Solutions and using a component library
  • Good understanding of the Power Platform CoE and governance model
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model
  • Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
  • Prefer basic knowledge of project management, agile development, process solutioning methodologies, and change management principles
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
  • Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications and problem-solving skills
  • Proactively verifies problem resolution. Independently resolves routine and non-routine problems
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and nontechnical users
  • Ability to initiate the majority of relevant tasks, specify and plan activities for task accomplishments and notify supervisor of variances


Pay range and compensation package:

18-25 LPA (Depends on Interview)

Shift:

Preferably US Shift( 3.30 pm-12.30 AM)

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals - Dynamics 365 + Power Platform (optional)
  • Exam PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (preferred)
