Position Overview:

The Clinical Support Executive (Surgical Operations) will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient surgical operations by providing technical, clinical, and operational support to our surgical teams. This role involves collaborating closely with the product development team, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes in clinical settings. The position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of surgical workflows, and the ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Support : Provide on-site support during surgeries, ensuring seamless use of SS Innovations' products and devices.
  • Training & Education : Conduct training sessions for surgeons, operating room staff, and other healthcare professionals on the proper usage of SS Innovations products.
  • Surgical Procedures Assistance : Assist surgical teams by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting surgical equipment during operations.
  • Customer Support : Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of satisfaction with SS Innovations' products and services.
  • Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from surgeons and clinical staff to provide insights into product improvements and assist in product development cycles.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of SS Innovations' product portfolio and surgical procedures to offer real-time support and solutions during surgeries.
  • Inventory Management : Manage inventory and ensure that products and surgical instruments are available and in working condition for all surgeries.
  • Compliance & Documentation : Ensure that all clinical procedures and support activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and maintain proper documentation for product usage and clinical outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques, trends, and product innovations in the medical device field.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification :
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or training in surgical technology or medical device management is a plus.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical support, surgical operations, or related fields within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with surgical procedures or in the operating room is highly preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Strong understanding of surgical instruments and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during surgeries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
