Job Overview MetaSphere Ventures is looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Intern (EdTech) to join our team. The role offers hands-on experience in driving user acquisition, forming strategic educational partnerships, and contributing to the growth of innovative learning solutions in a fast-paced EdTech environment. Qualifications and Skills Strong communication skills to engage with educators, institutions, students, and stakeholders effectively. Interest in the EdTech industry, online learning platforms, and emerging trends in digital education. Analytical mindset to identify potential markets, user personas, and strategic partnership opportunities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with tools for CRM, digital outreach, lead generation, and performance tracking. Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques. Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email campaigns) as applied to the education sector. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks with accountability. Roles and Responsibilities Research and identify schools, coaching centers, institutions, and potential B2C/B2B clients for collaboration. Assist in outreach campaigns to onboard educators, institutions, or students to our EdTech platform. Support the sales funnel by qualifying leads, scheduling demos, and following up with prospects. Contribute to marketing initiatives through content creation, campaign planning, and customer engagement. Work closely with product and content teams to align customer feedback with product development. Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to educational clients. Prepare performance reports and suggest data-driven strategies to enhance user acquisition and retention.
