Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Align IT needs with the strategic business direction of the enterprise.
  • Analyze gaps in technology architecture and translate them into opportunities.
  • Define technology architecture principles to provide guidance to the technology architecture.
  • Design organizations architecture governance for both business and IT needs.
  • Develop architecture management framework, models, and blueprints, to guide in the design and deployment of solution architecture.
  • Provide inputs to organizations processes for compliance, exceptions, communications, and change management.
  • Participate in multiple digital / transformation programs simultaneously : Overall client environment assessment, project scoping, POC implementation, solution design & deployment
  • Research and identify current and future technology services and industry standards and technology architecture viewpoints to address stakeholders' concerns.
  • Select and use tools and repositories to collect and manage architecture information and artefacts.
  • Leads and provides architect expertise to functional project teams & lead cross-stack technology integration design & execution.
  • Supports business development by engaging with industry, sales, and account teams to identify, develop and close new opportunities with an account or client.
  • Proactive technology led solutions for identified accounts across industry segments.

Required Skill set :

  • Technology Experience: Min. of 15+ years software development experience, Min. of 5+ years in software architect standards, design, experience on emerging technology assessment and adoption, Next generation tools / technologies like Machine learning, AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI.
  • Should have at least 3+ yrs. of experience in enterprise architecting cross-stack integration experience in both Cloud & Applications (Cloud Migration and App Modernizations)
  • Technical expertise in defining & producing enterprise standards, emerging architecture solutions, high level design / roadmap / capabilities.
  • Demonstratable experience in designing & implementing service based, event based, network based, cloud-based architecture in complex IT environment.
  • Experience in Cloud Hosted Applications platforms, tools & technologies across hyperscales, hybrid and multiload AWS and Azure.
  • Familiarity across Digital services (Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain, Smart Solutions, DWH, Analytics, Low Code Platforms)
  • Demonstrates knowledge in establishing blueprints, SAs, EAs, T-MAPS, build v/s Buy models and proposals.
  • Required sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design, scope and develop cross-stack integration, deliverables across several technologies
  • Having client demonstratable experience in Business Architecture, functional architecture, Technology architecture, Data/Information architecture
  • In depth exposure of Cloud Discovery and assessment (assessment tools, framework, Cloud discovery), cloud container management and cloud config management (CI/CD Pipelines)
  • Research client business & industry and able to offer alternative technical solutions to address current client IT challenges and business outcomes.
