For more information, please visit: a Performance Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance management system within the organization. As a Performance Management System (PMS) Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of the organization's performance management system. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the alignment of performance management processes with strategic objectives, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirement
Should have 14-20 years of PMS experience in Information Technology industry
Proven experience in performance management, HRIS implementation, with at least 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong technical skills, with proficiency in performance management software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop performance management processes: Lead the design and development of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, values, and culture.
Implement performance management tools and systems: Evaluate, select, and implement performance management software and systems to automate processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
Provide guidance and support: Serve as a subject matter expert on performance management best practices, policies, and procedures. Provide guidance and support to managers, employees, and HR business partners on performance management processes, tools, and systems.
Establish performance metrics and goals: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance goals for individuals, teams, and departments.
Train managers and employees: Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate managers and employees on performance management principles, methodologies, and tools. Provide ongoing support and coaching to facilitate effective performance management practices.
Monitor performance metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of the performance management system. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing organizational performance.
Conduct system audits and reviews: Conduct regular audits and reviews of the performance management system to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify areas for optimization and enhancement based on feedback and observations.
Address performance issues: Work closely with managers to address performance issues promptly and effectively through performance improvement plans, counseling, or other appropriate interventions.
Drive process improvements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the performance management system. Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and drive operational excellence.
Foster a culture of feedback and accountability: Promote a culture of continuous feedback, development, and accountability throughout the organization. Encourage open communication, constructive feedback, and recognition of achievements to drive performance excellence.
Stay informed on industry trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in performance management and HR technology. Leverage industry knowledge to propose innovative solutions and enhance the organization's performance management capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of performance management processes with other HR systems and business processes.
