Ensure compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to project plans, blueprints, building codes, and safety regulations. Quality control: Conduct regular site inspections to check the quality of work and address any issues or hazards that arise. Safety management: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures, and potentially administering first aid during emergencies. Coordination and communication: Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, and clients to ensure a smooth workflow and to report on progress. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including daily activities, progress, safety concerns, and material deliveries. Resource management: Oversee the management of resources like materials and equipment, and help control project costs.  Key qualifications Education: A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is often required. Experience: Previous experience in site supervision or a related construction role is typically necessary. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Technical knowledge: Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical documents is crucial. Knowledge of project management software and construction safety standards is also important.  Requirements Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems, including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
