Sales Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities : Analyze sales data and determine appropriate target achievement of individual sellers and teams Create and implement efficient processes for calculation and distribution of sales compensation Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of current compensation plans, making recommendations for improvements as needed Establish automated tools to increase transparency on target achievement for sellers and improve accuracy of calculation Provide guidance and support to sales teams and managers on compensation-related issues Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and HR, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation calculations Requirements: 2+ years experience in sales operations, preferably sales compensation or any controlling-equivalent position Strong data analysis skills with experience analyzing complex data sets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong understanding of sales compensation calculation best practices Experience in Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP), Salesforce, Tableau, Everstage and Excel Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus Degree in business, economics, finance or similar Enthusiasm, resilience, willingness to learn, and team spirit are among your main strengths Experience with tools and systems for sales compensation is a plus
