📌 Compensation Analyst – Global CoE (Hybrid, Mumbai)Randstad is hiring for a Compensation Analyst on behalf of a global Fortune 500 leader in the consumer goods/food manufacturing sector. This hybrid role, based in Mumbai-Ventura, supports the Global Consulting CoE and reports to the Compensation Leader.Key Responsibilities:Provide analytical support to Senior Compensation Consultant for global cycles such as APR, Competitive Reviews, and P&O Reviews.Conduct job evaluations, manage ServiceNow requests, and ensure accurate updates in systems like MarketPay.Perform market analysis, prepare reports, and support compensation benchmarking.Analyze compensation data, build models, and support cost forecasting.Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and assist with compensation projects.Requirements:5–7 years of experience in Compensation or related HR functions, with exposure to job evaluations.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and compensation tools (MarketPay preferred).Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.If you meet the criteria and are interested, please apply for this opportunity.
