Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Sales E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in handling e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc. You will be responsible for product listings, sales growth, campaign execution, and overall account health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, content, and promotions across e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor sales performance and execute strategies to drive traffic and conversions
  • Handle daily operations including order processing, returns, and stock coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory and logistics flow
  • Run and optimize ad campaigns (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads)
  • Track key performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain healthy account status

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with major e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar portals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce SEO, keyword research, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred:

  • Experience in sectors like electronics, apparel, home & kitchen, or FMCG
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting dashboards
