As the Tech Delivery Manager for the Insurance Domain, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology solutions to our clients within the insurance sector. You will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the implementation, integration, and support of our software solutions within our clients’ organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs and requirements within the insurance domain- Lead a team of tech professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of our software solutions- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements- Provide technical guidance and support to the team throughout the project lifecycle- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget- Proactively identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the project
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- A minimum of 12 years of experience in a tech delivery or project management role within the insurance industry- Solid understanding of insurance software solutions and technology trends- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex tech projects within the insurance domain- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
