We’re looking for a highly motivated US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team on-site from Day 1 . About the Role: As a US Bench Sales Recruiter, you will engage with top bench talent across the USA, drive new client/vendor partnerships, and support staffing needs for roles such as Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Validation Engineer, and Regulatory Engineer . This role demands strong relationship-building, industry awareness, and a proactive sales mindset. Key Responsibilities: Drive bench sales for Medical Device, Pharma, and Engineering consultants. Identify, qualify, and engage top talent across the US market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Acquire new business opportunities to expand company partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments. Assist in resume preparation and submissions to clients. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of Bench Sales experience (IT background preferred). Strong industry contacts and a vendor/client network are a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in talent placement and business acquisition. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
