Job Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter | Onsite – Gachibowli, Hyderabad Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite from Day 1) Job Summary: We are a growing staffing company supporting top clients across the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering industries. We’re looking for a US Bench Sales Recruiter who is proactive, driven, and experienced in marketing bench candidates and building strong industry relationships. Key Responsibilities: Market bench candidates across Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering domains, especially Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, and Regulatory Engineering roles. Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with top talent across the USA. Build and manage client and vendor relationships to drive new business opportunities. Develop new client/vendor partnerships to expand business revenue. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments. Prepare and present professional resumes for client submissions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Bench Sales experience (IT bench sales experience is acceptable). A strong industry network and vendor/client contacts are highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Proven success in bench marketing, placements, and new client/vendor acquisition. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior experience interacting with US clients and candidates is an added advantage.
