If you have a strong background in Service Now Platform management, Defining roadmap, adoption, value delivery and are ready to drive best-practice solutions and strategy we’d love to hear from you Role: Service Now Platform Manager/Owner Location: Pune (Baner Location) This is a full-time, 5-day, on-site role based at our Orbia Global Capability Center in Pune Key Requirements: ⏺️ Minimum 6 years as a Platform Manager/ Owner or similar role focused on the Service Now platform ⏺️ Product Ownership – defining the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Service Now. ⏺️Stakeholder Engagement – working with business, IT, security, compliance teams. ⏺️Governance & Standards – setting policies for development, upgrades, and integrations. ⏺️Vendor & Partner Management – coordinating with Service Now and MSPs. ⏺️Financial Acumen – license optimisation, budgeting, ROI measurement. ⏺️Data & Reporting – defining KPIs, dashboards, and success measures. ⏺️Strategic Alignment – ensuring platform supports organizational goals (e.g., digital transformation). ⏺️Privatisation – balancing innovation vs. stability vs. cost. keeping the above expectations in mind.
