Expect upto Rs. 4.2L fixed for upto 3 years sales experience | Expect upto Rs. 4.8L fixed for 3-5 years sales experience | Rs. 2L variable bonus and additional spot incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, you will do:

- Student Counseling : Advise prospective students about Airblack’s makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels- Sales & Revenue Generation : Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants- Event Participation : Be an active part of video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollments
