Responsibilities :Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and efficient web applications.Oversee the integration of front-end components with back-end services to create seamless end-to-end solutions.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and best practices.Optimise applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into development processes.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes related to technology and developmentMentor and support junior developers, promoting skill development and professional growth within the team.
