Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong leadership abilities to join our team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, along with expertise in designing and architecting high quality, scalable applications. As a Lead Full Stack Developer at Drongo AI, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers, driving technical excellence, and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and efficient web applications.- Oversee the integration of front-end components with back-end services to create seamless end-to-end solutions.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.- Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and best practices.- Optimise applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into development processes.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes related to technology and development- Mentor and support junior developers, promoting skill development and professional growth within the team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development.- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js or Flutter.- Strong back-end development skills in languages such as Node.js, Python, Go, or C#- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).- Extensive experience with REST/gRPC APIs and web services.- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Experience with building SOA/microservices architecture based applications.- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
