Your Role As Executive Assistant to the VP, you will ensure seamless business operations, manage priorities, and act as a trusted partner in driving organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Overview - Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential correspondence. - Draft minutes, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism. - Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities. - Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. - Track action items, budgets, and expense reports. - Support projects, streamline office processes, and maintain documentation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. - 2–4 years’ experience in executive or administrative support. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SharePoint, SAP, Workday, Concur is an advantage. Certification such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) preferred. Skills - Excellent communication skills with international exposure. - Strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail. - High level of discretion and professionalism. - Growth mindset, intercultural sensitivity, and teamwork orientation.
