Job Role :Senior Sales Consultant Industry :Real EstateLocation : Dwarka Sector 14, Delhi NCRType: Full-Time, On-SiteSalary: Up to ₹5 LPAWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our real estate consulting firm in Dwarka, Delhi. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to close high-value property transactions.Role OverviewAs a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You’ll lead client interactions from the first inquiry to deal closure, providing expert advice, market insights, and personalized guidance throughout the process.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales across the Delhi NCR real estate market.Handle direct client inquiries and deliver impactful property presentations.Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions with prospective clients.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to clients.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Attend client meetings, site visits, and property showings as required.QualificationsGraduate / Post-Graduate / MBA (specialization in Sales or Real Estate preferred)4–5 years of proven experience in sales (real estate preferred).Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market data and make strategic recommendations.Self-motivated with strong business acumen and result-oriented approach.Comfortable with client meetings, field visits, and travel within Delhi NCR.Preferred Location Candidates from West Delhi / Dwarka nearby areas will be given preference.Apply directly via LinkedIn or send your CV to ( / )
