Job Description:

About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate with 12+Yrs of exp. to lead our Learning & Development (L&D) and Organization Development (OD) initiatives. This role is part of the CEO’s Transformation office .The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Additionally, they will oversee organizational development strategies to drive culture change, employee engagement, and performance improvement.


Designation – AGM/Sr. Manager L&D and OD (CEO’s Transformation Office)

Location –Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall learning and development strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning experiences to address skill gaps and development needs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads and subject matter experts to identify learning priorities and develop relevant content and materials.
  • Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs to cultivate talent and succession planning.
  • Utilize various learning methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, coaching, and mentoring, to maximize learning effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities for organizational development and culture enhancement.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transitions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze learning and development metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, organization development, and talent management.


Desired Skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+years of progressive experience in learning and development, organization development, or related fields, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs that drive employee engagement and performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable learning and development initiatives.
  • Experience with organizational development strategies, including culture change, talent management, and performance management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other learning technologies.
  • Certifications in training and development, organizational development, or related fields are a plus.
