We’re Hiring: Application Lead – SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Experience: 5+ years
Minimum 15 years of full-time education
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Lead and mentor the SAP PM team, ensuring delivery excellence
- Design, build, and configure SAP PM applications aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and provide strategic, scalable solutions
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO)
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance
- Strong understanding of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes
- Experience with SAP PM application design, configuration, and development
- Integration knowledge with other SAP modules
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
