Responsibilities:

1)Plant Maintenance & Enterprise Asset Management process design, implementation with innovative solutions, module enhancements & custom apps development.

2)PM setups Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Requests, Planning & Scheduling, Execution, Costing & Settlement, Notifications, Log Book, Work Centers, Task Lists, Characteristics, Measuring Points & Documents.

3)Custom apps design & delivery solutions for RTA & insurance validations, breakdown reports, utilization & performance, tyre/battery registers & HSD/lubricant consumption.

4)Knowledge in PM Key Data Structure, functional specifications & Dashboard views design

5)Designing of P&M Assets Dashboard consolidating management reports on asset quantity, availability, applicability, manufacturer, capacities, conditions, age, disposals/transfers, mobilization, daily breakdowns, utilization/performance, RTA & insurance validations & equipment logs.

6)Assessed & managed risks to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime/costs, implement improvements & develop PM strategies, policies & procedures for optimized asset management & maintenance workflows.

7)Strong understanding of inventory business process, integration knowledge including sales & distribution module.

8)Prepared blueprints, converted requirements into functional specs & KDS, configured solutions & guided consultant"

9)As a Core Team Member (CTM), I worked closely with developers & consultants to explain business processes, configure PM solutions & share my expertise in plant maintenance. I also trained functional analysts to improve their understanding, use of systems & appss.

10)I have strong skills in user acceptance testing (UAT) before moving appss to production. I focus on checking if each module works well & if the software is reliable, easy to use & performs as expected. I use effective testing methods to make sure the product meets industry standards.
