The Role: Assistant Finance Manager You’ll work closely with the CFO to manage day-to-day accounting operations, assist with project-based financial tracking, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment and is looking to expand their financial skillset. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Record daily transactions – purchases, sales, journal entries, bank records Maintain vendor & customer ledgers Assist with project-level revenue and expense tracking Support monthly and annual closing cycles Project Accounting Track project costs and billing stages Reconcile service delivery milestones Assist in preparing WIP and cost-to-completion reports Banking & Payments Process vendor payments, salaries, reimbursements Reconcile bank, petty cash, and credit card transactions GST & Income Tax Compliance Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3 B) Handle GST reconciliation and input tax credit Assist in TDS deductions and filings Audit & Documentation Maintain accurate and audit-ready records Support internal and external audit processes You’re Perfect for This Role If You Have: A degree in Commerce/Accounting (B. Com or equivalent)3–5 years of experience in core accounting, preferably in a project-based business Strong grasp of GST, TDS, and Indian compliance frameworks Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel or Google Sheets Meticulous attention to detail and love for clean books Ready to Apply?
